my work, and
what drives every decision.

True innovation requires the courage to embrace the unknown. Across borders and industries, my mission is to bridge the gap between capital and daring ideas. I don’t just invest in businesses; I invest in the challenge, the novelty, and the human potential that drives the world forward. Ultimately, business is an adventure, a vehicle to discover the world, celebrate culture, and have fun along the journey.

— Jacqueline Aubourg

Angel Investor. Strategic Leader. Cultural Catalyst.

Bridging the worlds of high-stakes finance and global culture. A multifaceted journey defined by strategic vision, artistic passion, and a drive to empower potential across borders.

Global Leadership & Financial Inclusion

Jacqueline made history as the first Central American woman appointed as a Senator to the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI). In this prestigious capacity, she is tasked with a critical mission: to bridge the gap between Costa Rican innovation and the world’s most powerful capital markets. She acts as a catalyst for financial inclusion, working to ensure that the next generation of Latin American founders has access to the “Smart Capital” and mentorship needed to scale globally.

As the CEO of AIBC International Business Consulting, Jacqueline navigates high-stakes sectors with precision. Her firm specializes in complex, cross-border negotiations, ranging from Private Aviation logistics (Jet Sales & Leasing) to strategic advisory for the global energy sector. Her investment philosophy is distinct: she invests in the “Human Algorithm”, backing founders who demonstrate resilience, passion, and the “fire in their eyes” that data sheets alone cannot capture.

Before dominating the boardroom, Jacqueline captivated international audiences. Her career began on the global stage as the winner of Miss Intercontinental, leading to a successful modeling career across China and Europe. Her artistic versatility flourished in Italy, where she became a cast member of the iconic television show “Saturday Night Live” (Mediaset Edition), proving her unique ability to connect with audiences across languages and cultures.

Today, she fuses her business acumen with her passion for culture through Jacki Au™, a registered global brand. As the creator and host of the “JackiAu!” gastronomic show, she explores the culinary soul of Costa Rica, spotlighting the “artists behind the apron” and earning the prestigious Esencial Costa Rica country brand seal.

Philanthropy Believing that true success is measured by impact, Jacqueline has been a dedicated supporter of Save the Children for over a decade, advocating for the rights, education, and future of children worldwide.
